Empty space when scrolling to the right on mobile

When a note with a banner is open (not the case with headers or icons), an empty space can be horizontally scrolled to on the right. It does look like it's the banner's size's fault, but am unsure if that's completely true (and it's harder to debug since it seems to only can be replicated on mobile devices)

Do you have any thoughts on the cause of this or the remediation plan? Anything I as a heavy mobile user could do to contribute to this effort?
