Am also getting this, weirdly enough, whenever I apply a template that creates the following query:

```query
-file:"Changelog"
"[[<%tp.file.title%>"

Never happens anytime else. Obviously I'm not adding a banner, so I don't know why the plugin throws the error.

I get the same error, just add a callout in note like this "> [!tips]- xxx"

I am also getting this when I have the "Display header by default" option toggled on. Happens when opening files containing tables and callouts.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Appears to happen because of callouts, and if, for instance, a note has multiple callouts, with some too far down to be off-screen, scrolling down to reveal them causes more of the same error messages to be displayed.
