KDBDownloadTool
A simple utility for downloading webservice data to KDB.
Build it using Maven. Requires Java 8. Configure using the properties file.
You can download a free 32-bit version of KDB from kx.com.
Store your AlchemyAPI key in AlchemyDataAPIKey.txt.
Stuff it can download
- Wikipedia page views from the Wikimedia foundation
- Bitcoin prices and volumes from Coinbase
- News and blog articles with sentiment ratings from AlchemyData News API.
