getColors in own library

I think this lib should be focused on drawing. Could getColors be its own lib, to keep the supporting libraries and tests separate? @jonnor are we using it anywhere, or could I go ahead and extract it?

Nowhere in production so moving is OK with me. Move into noflo-image, as it
has this type of things already?
