Runtime requirements

• Python 3
• MongoDB
• implicit flow oauth code + client ID from twitch. oauth must have chat:read and chat:edit scopes. No other scopes are used or required.

Launching

• python bot.py
• I recommend running the bot using the pm2 process manager
