Release support for Node 12 to npm

Currently the npm version does not have the updated version with support for Node 12.

@garethmcc, sorry for late response. We will try to get this published as soon as possible. Have been away for a while and we had some mixups to get rights to publish in npm (after moving it from SC5 account).
