This is a comprehensive biographical database of Chinese political leaders from multiple levels. Currently it contains extensive and systematically
coded information of career information for all civilian leaders who belong to one of the following categories:

	(1) All city party secretaries, mayors between 2000 and 2015
	(2) All standing committee members between 2000 and 2012
	(3) All provincial party secretaries and governors between 1995 and 2015
	(4) All other full and alternate Central Committee members between 1997 and 2012
