Skiptify is a simple Bash/OSA Script to automatically skip the songs which you do not want to listen to

Installation

Download and install the Spotify desktop app if you haven’t already.

Get started:

Fetch a copy of this repository, either with git or download the zip file.

Navigate to the folder where the repository is (unzip if needed) and make the file called skiptify an executable:

cd skiptify
chmod +x skiptify

Make sure to add the file skiptify to your $PATH for easier access ✨

Usage

skiptify init                       Initializes the application & creates a skiplist
skiptify add <name>                 Adds the song to skiplist
skiptify add current                Adds the current song to the skiplist
skiptify show                       Outputs the skipfile
