Future Request: Correction Service Subscription Expire Date Messages

We have problem to follow devices' which used correction services like TerraStar expire date, so we need subscription information about service end date.

Describe the solution you'd like;
Publisher include TERRASTARINFO Service End Day and Service End Year information on the ROS Novatel Driver.
