2TL-MixSIAR model is an expansion of the MixSIAR Bayesian stable isotope mixing model for coping with multiple isotopes (also environmental hydrogen), multiple trophic steps, latent trophic links and small sample sizes. Model can also handle missing values for covariates (E). Model has been executed with Stan and R.
