Infinite investigations in level 25

I reloaded to get the new update in level 24, after doing so, the game gave me frequent notifications that there's new places to investigate, the console shows that they appeared in level 25, eventually it stopped.
Entering level 25 reveals that every single tile is possible to be investigated.

Thank you! This save was really helpful and the fix was so small that I just pushed it live without even making a new version. You should be fine continuing on the save with all the tiles with Investigate even though it looks a bit silly.

I ended up editing my save to remove all the investigation tiles because I was unsure what I had to do to progress (and still am)
It was surprisingly easy to do and even kept a couple investigation tiles for me to go through.
