This will take in a file or text and "uwu-ify" it. Why? I have no idea. I was tired.
This code is not very robust and will probably not stand up to a ton of testing. It was made so that a friend could add it into a discord bot and that's about it.
All you need to do in order to install the uwu-ifier is
pip install uwuifier
