Simple github API implementation to help retrieving from C++ the different elements.

As of today nxxm::gh is incomplete, but is really easy to extend. We welcome your Pull-requests based on our github type system.

Roadmap

No roadmap is planned, we use it for our own purpose, any pull-request is welcome, we will help you if you need it.
