As a front-end developer
I need to provide email address fill-in box
So that we can collect information from customers for further email notification
Assumptions:
- Our CRUD is well tested and running fluently
Acceptance Criteria:
Given this feature
When a new user trying create an account
Then he will get his email information registered in the system for further verification function/usage
