Sign up on https://home.openweathermap.org/users/sign_up to get a free API key.
And go to https://openweathermap.org/find and seach for a city to get your ID.
When you search for Ex "Aarhus" and click on the result you will be directed to https://openweathermap.org/city/2624652
"2624652" is your ID :-)
