Problematic term: 'perturbation device'

In May 13, 2024 review of another issue, we looked at the term 'perturbation device' (http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/OBI_0001033) that has children 'homogenizer', 'sonicator', and 'vortexer'.
The definition of this term is weak and there was general agreement that 'perturbation device' should not be the parent for those child terms. This should be reviewed as part of the device overhaul.
