[Cloud designer]Discovery of resources and links method for existing resources in provider

I would like to "scan" and get all the existing resources on a provider.

This feature is described on core specification model (1.2) , ch 5.3.9 Discovery page 12.

This is a must have in cloud designer, all the connectors will be updated accordingly as MART server.
