To prevent the UI from freezing, and to allow the user to still work while waiting the Docker action to end and the visual container state to be refreshed.
NB. this would be another way to alleviate the Docker call performance problems in the case of mass operations (see #195 cache).

A progress dialog is now used when executing docker command in docker studio v2.
