Video Indexing cancels itself when "INFO: No shot changes detected."

I have a bunch of stock footage with only one scene, that I'd like to include into the search pool.
However whenever I start video indexing with videos like this, the job cancels itself.

For example I have a really simple video of a sunset over a city. No scene changes.
And I want to be able to see this .mp4 pop up when I search for words like "sunset" in the tool.

But when I start indexing it it cancels itself at 32% after saying "No shot changes detected".
It does not generate any .json files like it's supposed to.

Is it a bug?
Or Is StoryToolkitAI simply not a right tool for me to do a AI local Video Search?

Thanks for pointing this out!

We never came across single-shot videos in our editing room, since we're always indexing dailies with multiple shots, but this definitely will to be fixed.
