Unable to access repository webhooks

Greetings, sorry to bother with such a simple question, but I'm having troubles to interact with repository webhooks from the org that I'm a member. I set up a fine grained personal access token with the right permissions and my org as resource owner, but when I try to make some requests I'm receiving error 403. Couldn't find a way out.
Can someone give me a hand? Thank you in advance.

It sounds like you've set up the permission aspects of things, but would you mind checking to make sure you have repo-hooks also checked for that PAT?
Also, just as a sanity check, can you use the GetRepos API in this SDK to make sure you can at least hit the org and repo that you're looking for (outside of webhooks).
