wundernode usage

I am trying to use wundernode, changed the api and getting this error:
(not showing my api!)

node wundernode_example

reseting rate : 10 per minute
WunderNodeClient initialized, apikey: 12345, debug enbaled: true, rateCount: 10, rateTime: minute

Host:http://api.wunderground.com/api/12345

node.js:201
throw e; // process.nextTick error, or 'error' event on first tick

Any ideas?
here are my steps:

  1. express wunderground
    1. cd wunderground
  2. npm install
  3. npm install wundernode
  4. modified Example.js
  5. ran node wunderground_example.js

I tried recreating your issue but failed. The cleanest way to check is to:

  1. make a test direction
  2. make a test/node_modules directory
  3. in test, npm install wundernode
  4. cd to test/node_modules, then do npm install (or example dependencies)
  5. edit Example.js to be your API key
  6. Run node Example.js to make sure that the client starts, and initializes to that API key.

Finally, then just abstract the instantiation of the Example for your own wunderground_example.js in how it initializes wundernode, etc. Hope this helps, let me know this doesn't get you going!

in step 4 , i had to cd to w/node_modules/wundernode before doing npm install

step 6 still fails. :)

:~/w/node_modules/wundernode$ node Example.js

WunderNodeClient initialized, apikey: abc, debug enbaled: false, rateCount: 10, rateTime: minute

This new error is because you have another sever up.
I hope it helps.

Cheers.
