Is `catkin_ws` needed only for the simulated version?

If so, we need to move it to another place. We'll need to think how to bring the real part forward and hide / obscure the sim part.

Answer: Yes.
The real environment does not have anything ROS on the client side.
Action: /catkin_ws will go under /offworld_gym/envs/gazebo/catkin_ws
