A simple script to convert multiple image files into webp format via Gulp.

Gulp webp converter

This repository contains the source code of an image converter, for multiple purposes, using Gulp JS.

Technology used:

• Gulp JS (gulp-webp)

Installation

1. Clone the repository

   git clone https://github.com/oliveira-victor/gulp-webp-converter.git
   

2. Navigate to the project directory

   cd gulp-webp-converter
   

3. Install dependencies

   npm install
   

Converting

1. Paste the images you want to convert in the directory: 'images/src'

2. Run the following command to start the conversion process:

   npm run gulp
   

3. Get the converted webp files in the following directory: 'images/webp'
