Could anyone help me how to bulid apacheds:2.0.0-M23?

Maybe not needed anymore, I hope you already figured it out. However for future references, checkout my branch here:

Essentially you need to set the ENV-variable APACHEDS_VERSION and fix the deb download link so it links to the correct archive, it should return the following link:
https://archive.apache.org/dist/directory/apacheds/dist/2.0.0-M23/apacheds-2.0.0-M23-amd64.deb
