use an injector which can auto inject as soon as the game starts
Example: Extreme Injector -> Settings -> Auto Inject
then inject lbox_loader.dll into tf2 process
press ok on the inject window when u get to the lobby
use vac bypass to be sure, extreme injector is absolutely detected though. only use on alt accounts
