This repository houses the Python code used for the particle analysis in the manuscript A Platform for Atomic Fabrication and In Situ Synthesis in a Scanning Transmission Electron Microscope by Ondrej Dyck, Andrew R. Lupini, and Stephen Jesse, published in Small Methods https://doi.org/10.1002/smtd.202300401.
The particle analysis is performed using the Particle_analysis.ipynb notebook. Input images are contained in the Images folder. Outputs from the code are stored in the Output folder. The Combining_data.ipynb notebook reads all the outputs and plots the combined histogram.
