It would be nice to provide some functions to serialize SeqRecords to FASTA/FASTQ/2bit files.

Forgot about this version of the issue. Four-line FASTQ and unjustified FASTA are probably fine to start with.

SeqRecord now has write_fastaandwrite_fastq` functions in v0.3 that we're using internally for export so closing this as finished.
