This is a project to build a Recruitment Management Web App
USE CASES
- Login Recruiter, Manager
- Register new Recruiter Account
- Job Posting - Recruiter creates open job posting to be reviewed by other departments and approval is trackable
- Add Applicants - Recruiter manually enters Applicant info from resume etc
- View Applicants (Recently added) - Recruiter will be able to sort through the list of applicants based on criteria specified
- Edit or Delete Applicants, Clients and Job Postings
- Search for Applicants, Clients - search bar that gives a list of matching applicants, clients
- Summary Page- Recruiter can see the Jobs and the number of approvals,feedback,matching applicants
- Manager can only view and approve job postings
