See macrociv/README.macrociv for info about this ruleset. To install, simply drop the macrociv subdirectory and macrociv.serv into your Freeciv 2.6 mods folder (typically ~/.freeciv/2.6 on Linux systems). Choose "macrociv" from the ruleset list in Freeciv to play.
