Smart E-Vote App is an Offline application for casting ballots using smart card (RFID Card). Application is suitable for Nigeria Elections as It securely connects to online portal to download voters and candidates lists and stores it on the windows file systems in an Encrypted format. Result transmission is via Image Steganography. Results are embedded in Randomly selected Image from the Application resource for embedding therefore different images.
