pyREX - Python Resampler EXtension.
A UTAU Multisamp passthrough.
This project has also been halted due to similar problems in Cactisamp.
Although it works, several features has yet to be implemented.

Fade out -> D
Normalize -> L (please edit the code if you don't want to have your ears destoryed)
Please put rexconfig.txt in C:\ProgramData\pyREX.
Then pyREX should fuction porperly.
