Build: Cleanup for PSLSE missing

We found that even though we build pslse/libcxl, we did not clean it up. So we missed to re-build the updated livcxl and stumbled into an error again. Adding pslse/libcxl cleanup to hardware/Makefile. That should fix this hopefully.
