SNAP not generating xci files for user IPs when HLS action requires them

Seems that it could be a following of issue #395 on a new example with floating points product.
HLS generates vhdl files and tcl files for specific user IPs.
SNAP's scripts create_framework.tcl and create_ip.tcl look are looking for xci files in directory $ip_dir/managed_ip_project/managed_ip_project.srcs/sources_1/ip but doesn't find it/them
