Note that all beta terms MUST reference a GitHub issue on the repository of the specification to which they relate.
When a term is added to the beta namespace, an associated comment must be added to its originating GitHub issue to reference the new beta term, such as this one.
When a term is removed from the beta namespace, an associated comment must be added to its originating GitHub issue referencing the preferred term to use instead (in the case that the term is formalised into a specification) or otherwise guidance that the term is no longer in the beta namespace.
The OpenActive validator (https://validator.openactive.io) will pick up changes to the namespace immediately.
The OpenActive libraries (.NET, Ruby and PHP) require manual model regeneration and republishing in order to include any namespace updates.
The OpenActive documentation types reference (https://developer.openactive.io/data-model/types) will pick up changes to the namespace the next time any changes to the documentation are published on GitBooks).
