Add SEL Entry command support

Hi ,

I'm trying to use IPMI Command 'add sel entry' to do some verification for the openbmc, but, it same failed when I send the command to BMC. The command response me 'FF FF', and there is no new SEL entry recorded into BMC(checked with ipmitool sel list).

What should I do if I want to enable or support add sel entry command?
