Description

We need locale file for Serbian language

Expected Behavior

User should be able to select Serbian language

Actual Behaviour

Currently there is no RS language

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add AVAILABLE_LOCALES="sr,en_AU" to .env file
  2. Click on globe icon in top navbar
  3. There should be Serbian language in dropdown

Severity

bug-s5: we can live with it, only a few users impacted for now

Soon we need to release production server in Serbia so we need to test each translation
