CMake deprecation warnings

I noticed that the first tutorial mentions:
Click on Configure until all red lines disappear.
Unfortunately there are currently deprecation warnings which do not disappear:
These warnings can be ignored, and the generated XCode build files work fine. Perhaps there's a version bump/code change that could fix this problem.
Setup
macOS High Sierra 10.13.6
CMake 3.12.4 - built with Qt 5.6.2

Hi Alan,
You're correct, the tutorial is misleading. The fact is that I already
tried to fix this warning, but did not manage to...
Currently you can safely ignore this message.
Sorry for the inconvenience !
