I'll do my best to be part of it.
Does this mean there's no EU Collab Summit before June 2020?
- Last EU summit was near JSConfEU 2019 https://github.com/openjs-foundation/summit/tree/master/2019-05-Berlin
- In May 2019, the team announced that JSConf EU 2019 will be the last edition of the event https://2019.jsconf.eu/an-update/
I'm not sure we've agreed on plans for the EU collab summit (but maybe I missed that). Discussions I've been part of so far were around that it would make sense for the EU collab summit to be later in the year (say Nov/Dec, possibly aligned with NodeConf.eu) but I don't think it's agreed/finalized.
TC39 is June 2-4 in not Austin; it'd be great if the summit could be in a different week in June :-)
The conference June 22-24 so I'm p sure it will end up on either end of that
Oh, what conference?
The OpenJS global conference (previously known as Node.js interactive)
Could someone please update the title with dates: June 25 - 26
I don't have permissions.
https://lwn.net/Articles/814469/ might be interesting, IIRC from the last collab summit I was at, the organization of the tracks was largely manual, but it looks like some tooling might exist for exactly this kind of get together.
If we want more information from George Dunlap, the person who posted this one and who runs the Design Session system for Xen, let me know. I can get Collab Summit folks connected here.
FYI: OpenJS World as well as Collaborator Summit is now virtual.

For those following along at home, the agenda is coming together in PR #298 - if you a session facilitator, please double check your start time and remember that all times are in GMT-5!
apologies if this is (or to be) mentioned elsewhere, but do we have a presentation template?
Hello hello!!
Thank you all for your support, enthusiasm, and / or participation in our first online collab summit! It was... different! there were... problems!! but we did it! and now a lot of the session notes and recordings (as I find them) are being added to the session proposal issues.
Please take a moment and fill out the feedback survey if you attended or led a session. We'll be circling back soon with a date for the next Summit Planning meeting to do a retro (all are welcome). And of course a rough timeline for the next summit!
Closing this issue as no further action is needed.
