Author Uploaded Proofing Files not available to Typesetters

if an author uploads their proofed article as a Proofing file (and they almost always do) then this type of file is not available for Editors to assign to typesetters for corrections. Only MS or Production Files are currently assignable at this stage.

I think the typesetter can find the uploaded files under the proofing section!
