FakePort for openpilot using EON+Panda+Arduino:)

Idea!

1)Panda sends CAN to CAN SHIELD 2)CAN SHIELD then sends CAN to Arduino 3) Arduino then send PWM signal through hbridge 4) H-bridge then sends PWM for motor direction 5) CAN then vice versa:)
