Move dashboard to separate repository?

It might be beneficial to develop the gama dashboard in a separate repository for a number of reasons:

• it forces some level of decoupling, and a clearer interface allows for other visualization libraries to be developed (e.g., Qt).
• allow independent releases

But it introduces overhead as well (managing multiple releases).
