[2.12.0] Ensure compatibility with security demo configuration script changes

Is your feature request related to a problem?
With 2.12.0 release, the security plugin's install demo configuration script will require an initial admin password to be set in order to run. It is important that the migrations team/repo is aware and working with this change.
