add support for validating scopes against oauth clients

Since oauth2 is an authorization protocol and scopes in oauth provide a way to limit third party to allow access to things on behalf of a users, there should be a way to define and validate scopes against a given client.
This library doesn't have a built-in support feature, I think.
is there any update on this? Or does the library provide a way to validate scopes against a Client
