Can we fork this repo like gogs and gitea?

Hello everyone, this repo seems to be unmaintained for a long time. I can contribute to the contribution of this repo, fork osin to @gophers and invite active contributors to be members. Can someone help with copyright and description issues?

It is not unmaintained. It is simply frozen to new features. @openshift/sig-auth will address security issues for as long as we use it.

Just too busy and have not had a chance to clean up the repo.
