To run -

  1. clone repo.
  2. open the index.html.
  3. upload the test-csv file from same folder and see the output in second text area.

(You can change the test-csv file and reupload to see changes)

  1. Open csv
  2. split data into 2d matrix
  3. Find bad values
  4. look for neighbours east, west, south, north and append value & replace the bad value
