FDM-0017 friction on screw head

I added 1 washer to reduce the friction of the screw head to the bearing and one unter the pulley to raice the pully to get it centered with the belt.

on the parts FDM-0039-02 the bottom of the parts have an angle and not on the FDM-0017-02

i fix it with a utility knife, but should be corrected in the cad.
