Add unit tests with sample data

We need to be sure any updates to the schema remain backwards compatible. To do that we should add some unit tests with example data and setup a CI to run the tests on every commit.

• Ensure top level objects are required
• Ensure self link always exists
• Ensure describedby schema link always exists
• Ensure additional field are supported
