Download the project.
In chrome go to chrome://extensions/
Enable 'Developers mode', by clicking checkbox on top
Select "Load unpacked extension" and select the downloaded folder.
When enetering facebook website, if there are people who have birthdays today, the extension will open the events window and propose you to congrats people with a generated text.
You can change the greetings text in extensions option page.
