Personal project to study Django, AngularJS, RESTFull web services and One Page Apps. This application is a sticker exchange facilitator of the world cup album.

VaiTerCopaSim-client - Client made in AngularJS
-
See it running here at PythonAnywhere!
- Manage a list of duplicated stickers;
- Manage a list of needed stickers
- Calculates statistics about you collection
- Search for other users who have needed stickers for the user
- Compare collection to other user's collection
- Facebook authentication
- Python 2.7.6
- Django 1.8.1
- python-social-auth 0.2.9
- django-cors-headers 1.1.0
- oauth2 1.5.211
- oauthlib 0.7.2
You need to set three environment variables:
- STICKERS_IMAGES_PREFIX - this holds the location of the sticker images, up to the trailing slashes (e.g. /my/path/to/stickers/images/)
- FB_APP_ID - the Facebook application Id (used for logging users in)
- FB_APP_SECRET - the Facebook app secret
After download the code, set the environment variables and install the dependencies, run:
python manage.py migrate
python manage.py runserver
If you are using VaiTerCopaSim-client you can let Django handle all the static files (html, css, js, etc). To do that you need to change the path to the client app:
settings.py
STATICFILES_DIRS = (
os.path.join(BASE_DIR, '../VaiTerCopaSim-client/app/'),
)
By default the static files will be available at /app/ but you can change this path:
settings.py
STATIC_URL = '/app/'
Example of access url: http://localhost:8000/app/index.html
In you client, remember to set the backend URL to http://localhost:8000/api/v1/
By default VaiTerCopaSim-server will use SQLite3 database.
To create all the stickers in database run:
python manage.py seed
Do whatever you want. =)
