Simulation of Lennard-Jones Gas by Monte Carlo Method in Two Dimensional (2D) System

In this project, Lennard-Jones (LJ) gas was simulated by using a Monte Carlo technique. The code prepared in the Python was run in a stable manner, and the computational operation of Lennard-Jones gas, energy and heat capacity measurements were performed. In order to run this code written in the Python computer language, the following programming language and external libraries must be preinstalled on the computer;

Python 2.7, Numpy 1.14, Matplotlib 2.2, Pandas 0.23

This code has been tested on the Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, 64 bit operating system. All of the computer programs can be installed via the Ubuntu software center.
